Tribute to the Mayor of Basildon

It is with much sadness the Parish Council pay tribute to Luke Mackenzie the Basildon Mayor on his passing on Thursday 14th March. Luke was Basildon's youngest ever Mayor who took so much pride in his role.

Last year Luke attended the Parish Council 'Big Help Out Litter Pick' in aid of the Kings Coronation. Luke became a 'Litter Picker' for the day and awarded medals to all those who attended. Thank you Mr Mayor we were so pleased you could join us xx. RIP.
